Mission: Aramaic bible translation, inc. Is a nonprofit entity organized to advance, foster, encourage, promote and improve the translation of the bible into modern aramaic dialects, disseminate the translations, and preserve the aramaic language heritage.
Programs: Suryoyo project - 25 books of the old testament have been translated.
mardini project - the team also began working with faith cometh by hearing on recording the mardini new testament in audio format and are half way through recording the new testament. The written translation of the old testament is in progress.
assyrian project - the old testament translation now has 8 books completed. The new testament plus psalms is now available on smart phones thanks to a partnership with youversion bible app developer. Since the assyrian new testament plus psalms was first published in 2014, about 3,000 bibles have been sent out to assyrian churches and schools.
the chaldean team finished work on jonah, ezra, nehemiah, and esther. The chaldean new testament is now available in arabic or syriac script. Ma'luli project - the new testament was sent to publishing.
