Mission: The aquinas institute of rochester is a catholic, private, college preparatory, co-educational school educating in the tradition of the basilian fathers. The mission of the school is to teach all students goodness, discipline, and knowledge, supported through gospel values, within a comprehensive curricular and co-curricular program that will prepare the students to be responsible and caring citizens.
Programs: The resources and facilities at the aquinas institute offer students state-of-the-art education in a traditional and historical setting. With over $20 million in facility improvements since 2003, including the latest in computer technology, a new fine arts center and a new athletic complex, the campus at aquinas has been modernized to enhance our students experience. Aquinas students are offered numerous opportunities to grow educationally, socially and spiritually to prepare them for college and beyond. During the year ended june 30, 2017, the aquinas institute provided education to approximately 790 students in both the senior and junior high schools. Financial aid of over $400,000 was awarded to approximately 435 students and 160 students graduated from the high school.
