Mission: ATUM-ATC's primary mission is Restorative Justice within a Wiccan ethical context in order to reduce the costs and effects of crime on victims and society by working to guide offenders toward a functional spiritual path of personal responsibility; to reduce the rate of recidivism (which costs society even more ); to assist offenders in becoming functional and contributing members of society. Our secondary purpose is to assist corrections programs personnel to adequately address the spiritual issues of incarcerated Wiccan/pagans.
