In august of 2013, the village sold all of the fixed assets to another non profit to continue the same mission. Per the closing documents for the sale, the terms require this organization maintain an indemnification account in case of claims that existed prior to the sale. Thus the only activity in 2014 surrounds keeping the corporation active to hold this indemnification account.
