Programs: Animal samaritans spca, inc. Is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal welfare organization committed to promoting the welfare of animals in the greater coachella valley. Thousands of animals annually are the recipients of low or no cost spay and neuter, vaccination services, "no-kill" sheltering, as well as animal adoptions. Furthermore, animal samaritans provides no cost animal assisted therapy and humane education services to the coachella valley. During the current tax year, animal samaritans performed 576 low cost and no cost surgeries.
