With gratitude, my husband, two sons, and I would like to tell others about Amy's Yard Sale. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer about a year ago following the onset of clots throughout my body, resulting in strokes, a heart attack, and a pulmonary embolism. After a couple of risky surgeries and a lengthy hospital stay, I was treated with chemotherapy for four months. With medical bills and time out of work, we needed help. During this time, Amy's Yard Sale helped us through the gift of grocery gift cards to see us through a few months of bills. With two growing kids, this was such a practical help to us. We are grateful for this organization and appreciate everything that the people of the organization do in Amy's honor.
