I came to Guatemala with a group of business students working to improve the financial health of Hospitalito Atitlan. The hospital has a great atmosphere along with a very friendly and optimistic staff. I would love to return and would highly recommend Hospitalito Atitlan to doctors, students or anyone interested in making a difference. Santiago, Atitlan is on a beautiful lake and the local Mayas are very welcoming and hospitable.
