Mission: Alf builds and sustains a community of leaders to serve tacoma and pierce county.
Programs: Leaders from across all sectors participated in a 22 day program to learn new processes of collaborative leadership. They joined the alf network of over 460 senior fellows who are committed to positive change in the community.
