AAZK is a nonprofit (U.S. 501C3) volunteer organization made up of professional zoo keepers and other interested persons dedicated to professional animal care and conservation that started in San Diego, CA in 1967.

We are committed to educating the general public of the need to preserve our natural resources and animal life. As such, we have developed several outreach programs and participated with many conservation organizations locally and internationally.

Every year we raise money to help other conservation organizations and to bring awareness to many programs throughout the world.

Through fundraising, guest speakers, community projects, and social events, our members have been able to make a difference in the world.

We invite anyone who is interested in animals, conservation, and research to become a member and to join us.

Learn more about us on our website at www.sdaazk.org.

And THANK YOU for your support!
