Mission: The aasa is dedicated to leading the agricultural industry in educating, developing and promoting safe stewardship and best management practices for storing, handling, and repackaging crop protection products throughout the distribution and retail supply chain.
Programs: Implementing and conducting an inspection process for retail agrichemical facilities and payment of inspectors to conduct the inspections, record the findings and report the findings to the aasa. The quality control program conducts re-inspections to assure that the initial inspections were performed correctly.
