I have been volunteering at Alyssa’s Animal Sanctuary for a couple years now. Working with the animals and Alyssa&Kevin has been an amazing experience, and has grown a beautiful friendship and family out of all the whole sanctuary family. Alyssa & Kevin have gone through so much, and have ALWAYS put the animals before themselves. No matter what.
Alyssa’s Animal Sanctuary is like Disney World for the animals. The facility was colorful and had so many interesting things to see. My family had a great experience! Best thing was seeing Charlotte in the ice cream truck!
I visited Alyssa’s animal sanctuary not too long ago. She is in the process of moving her life back home to support animals in need of a good home. I have a lot of respect for this woman. I saw for the week I was around, that this woman puts the animals before her own needs. I’ve seen first hand the work she’s put in with her husband to make sure the Animals are safe, healthy and happy. Not only that but I’ve honestly been to a few sanctuary’s, and my family owned a farm growing up in Pennsylvania, and the cleanliness is the most shocking. Most farms are not as clean as her sanctuary. Like I walked out to the horse field and there was no poop anywhere?!?! It’s one thing to visit somewhere and get to spend time with animals, it’s another when someone goes above and beyond to make sure that not only are the animals good, but the people who visit are as well. Alyssa is a true hero and I have the utmost respect for this team!
I've visited this sanctuary in Florida and after they moved to Georgia and Alyssa and her team are truly amazing people. These people do everything and anything they can to make sure every animal saved is healthy, happy, and comfortable! The horses were friendly and had so much space to roam which I loved. You can tell the animals are treated well and loved by how much they love Alyssa and her staff in return. The chickens also had the cutest chandelier that they were obsessed with! I can tell she puts a lot of thought into what items are safe and stimulating for them. Alyssa's animal sanctuary is a beautiful place where animals can be happy and loved how they were meant to be.
Alyssas animal sanctuary is awesome! The staff is awesome and Alyssa was there to welcome us! All the animals were so well cared for and spoiled! Our kids absolutely love the sanctuary and our whole family has such a great time going and cuddling with the animals! If your ever in the area I would recommend checking out the sanctuary it’s a great experience for all ages! I mean who doesn’t want to hang out with horses and goats
From the moment we arrived at Alyssa’s Animal Sanctuary, we knew this was a special place. Once we met Alyssa & Kevin, it solidified why we felt this way. They care deeply about the rescue and rehabilitation of animals. Their entire lives revolve around making sure these animals are well taken care of. They have created an environment for these animals to thrive. We love them and all the animals so much!
my name is Olivia I am 31 years old and I have autism I don't really connect well with people. my passion has always been animals. last year after Christmas I was looking for a place to donate my tree I remembered about Alyssa's animal sanctuary and reached out to Alyssa and asked her if I could come and donate a tree. and she said yes. so I went out there to donate the tree . and she show me around the farm . she had this baby pig named Charlotte there and I fell in love with her at first sight. so I started volunteering there and me and Charlotte had a bond like no other.Alyssa animal sanctuary not only helps animals . but they help people to. if I was a rescue animal I would want to live there. Alyssa and Kevin are amazing people.
I have been following Alyssa’s Animal Sanctuary since they first opened in Naples, FL! The owners Alyssa Barry and Kevin Dinger are two of the most amazing humans I know. They are incredibly hardworking, selfless, dedicated individuals who go above and beyond not only for the animals they have rescued for but for the community around them.
They have saved hundreds animals who have been injured, abandoned or lost.
They welcome each person who comes to the sanctuary with open arms allowing you to feel a part of their organization and sanctuary family.
They offer educational programs, volunteer opportunities and most of all a safe place for these neglected animals to live out the rest of their lives.
It is a magical place to take the whole family of ages! It is a full immersion into the sanctuary experience getting to pet and feed the animals. Additionally Alyssa and Kevin always have lots of fun activities planned for those who visit! Support this nonprofit! Please help them grow and continue their essential and vital work!

Amazing people dedicating their lives to the animals and community education.
The animals are well cared for and loved.
Since I met them and learned of their true commitment and I have seen how genuine Alyssa, her husband and their entire team is…. I am a life long supporter !!! Please follow them and help them help more animals in any way possible.
From the moment I first visited this organization over a year ago, I was amazef at the dedication of the sanctuary founders to the farm animals they rescue. They go out of their way to educate the public while ensuring the animals have a safe and stress free environment to live and play. I highly recommend their farm experience.
Amazing organization! They truly care about every single animal at their sanctuary. Very clean and well kept!
You can tell the animals are living their best lives!
This organization is absolutely amazing!! The rescues they take in are really living their best lives ever. They have such great community support!!
Alyssa and Kevin have taken in and cared for many animals that even their vet said should be put down.
I have attended several of their Open Farm Days and it is so heartwarming to see and interact with the animals. They all roam around without cages - they clearly are in charge around here!
If you are ever in Southwest Florida when they have an open event, you definitely have to reserve a spot to come...you won't regret it!!
This is HANDS DOWN one of the best family-friendly places I have ever been!!
