Mission: Altru health resources, previously operating as parkwood place, operated a senior congregate housing facility. On december 1, 2015, the parkwood senior living operations and facilities were sold. Altru health resources maintains ownership of the land occupied by the parkwood senior living building and entered into a 10-year lease of the land. On december 31, 2017, altru health resources terminated by merging into altru health system. See attached "articles of merger merging altru health resources with and into altru health system. "
