Programs: The altria companies employee community fund (acecf) was founded in 2000 because employees wanted to be more actively involved in helping local communities. The fund is a workplace-giving program that is administered and managed directly by employees. Employees choose the fund's focus areas and nominate organizations to apply for support, and an employee committee selects the grant recipients. (continued on sch.
