Mission: The organization will maintain and lease sorority housing for the benefit of alpha delta pi sorority, a section 501(c)(7) organization. As provided in private letter ruling 8207007, the activity of maintaining sorority houses for a section 501(c)(7) sorority furthers the exempt purpose of a 501(c)(2) organization. This activity will take 100% of the organization's time and resources.
Programs: The organization maintained housing for sorority chapters at various universities and colleges.
