Mission: Organized in 1923, all angels farm, inc. (the "corporation") owned and operated a "fresh-air farm" for needy women and children outside new york city. The corporation sold the farm in 1954, having obtained a conditional waiver of several provisions of a trust agreement restricting the use of the proceeds of sale. To satisfy the provisions of the conditional waiver, the corporation agreed in 1955 to pay to incarnation camp (currently know as incarnation center, inc. ) "income from such of its funds and equipment as may be available for camp purposes. " incarnation center, inc. , for its part, agreed to devote such income to purposes which are common both to its charter and to the charter of all angels' farm, inc. Programs: Summer camp - provided funds for scholarships for needy children and for capital and operating expenses.
