Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: To develop relationships, leadership, and community involvement through regular gatherings, collaborative events, and electronic communications that facilitate discussion regarding education and current issues, professional development, board development, and native values.
Programs: Monthly gatherings with guest speakers and catered lunches were offered free to members and $10 for non-members. Speakers presented information re: topics that affect the native community. There was an average of 20 people at each monthly gathering.

The venue provided members, non-members, and local organizations the opportunity to present information re: careers, education, and services to the local community. We split the profits, and reimbursed the first alaskans institute in 2012 from the 2011 opportunities expo for $18,885. 36.
