To fund and sponsor programs for educating the public about the importance of annual influenza vaccinations. To fund and sponsor programs to increase the annual number of influenza vaccinations for the entire population. To fund and sponsor programs to prevent the spread of influenza. To engage in other charitable, educational and scientific activities within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or comparable provisions of subsequent legislation (the "code"). To acquire, own, dispose of and deal with real and personal property and interests therein and apply gifts, grants, bequests and devices and the proceeds thereof in furtherance of the purpose of the corporation.
