Mission: To provide fire protection services for southeastern guilford county north carolina.
Programs: Fire district is contracted by guilford county to provide fire protection services to specified areas within the community. The fire district operates one office and two fire stations. The fire district handled approximately 940 service and emergency type calls during the fiscal year. The fire district provides fire prevention and safety classes to area day care organizations, elementary schools and churches in the district, and community night out. Specific high school classes are instructed in fire extinguisher use.
