As a part of this transaction, a new entity was formed, cathedral towers 2, inc. , a not-for-profit corporation, to be the sole general partner with . 009% ownership interest in cathedral towers, ltd. For their nursing home residents. During the year ended 9/30/17, the food services department prepared and provided 186,135 meals to urban jacksonville, inc. And 111,465 meals to cathedral gerontology center, inc. 10,230 meals were also prepared and provided to other senior meal sites in the jacksonville area.
