Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) is a non-profit organisation and I was working with them in the capacity of Field Administrator at their Junagadh office based at Gadu (called Gadu Spear Head Team)for 13 years. I am proud to be associated with such a dynamic NGO where funds are being properly utilised and monitored stringently. The NGO focusses on Land and Water reforms with a non-communal approach putting emphasis on lower strata of masses, women and underprivelaged. Its a social NGO which really does some good piece of work for environment sustainability, salinty ingress in coastal area and Gir.

I got opportunity to work in one of the most innovative projects in the salinity affected villages and bring solace to the affected communities.
