Causes: Homeless & Housing, Low-Income & Subsidized Rental Housing
Mission: To provide permanent housing for up to 5 individuals diagnosed with mental illness in a shared living situation.
Programs: The purpose of this program is to provide permanent housing for individuals with serious mental illness who are homeless. The program provided this housing for five individuals at 100% occupancy for this fiscal year. All individuals received case management, groceries, support, housing, and utilities. Two of the individuals are now attending a local community college, two are working part time, and three are volunteering with local community organizations. The program has been a great success and is continuing to fulfill its exempt purpose.
