Causes: Community Clinics, Health
Mission: The primary purpose of the organization is to offer high-quality eye care services to the underserved local population while advancing the science of eye care along with attracting premier eyecare providers to the Kern County area.
Results: In 2017, with the generous support of our donors and community partnerships, ACE was able to see 18,466 patients, dispense 7,297 pairs of glasses and perform 401 sight-restoring surgeries.

Programs: Optometry and Ophthalmology Services: Routine eye exams, diabetic eye exams, contact lens assessments, eye disease management and testing, surgical eye care, and low vision evaluation for those in need. And through our in-house Optical Department, we are able to fill prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses while offering a large selection of eyewear.
