Mission: To support youth sports, community groups, support groups, and the officers of the adams police department.
Programs: To receive gifts, contributions, and grants for money or property from individuals, private organizations, public sources and any agency of the town of adams, the commonwealth of massachusetts or the united states of america, and to apply, pay over or disburse those gifts, contributions and grants or their proceeds for the benefit of the people residing in the town of adams with this objective to be furthered by funding, assisting or undertaking programs and activities designed to strengthen the services, organizaion, performance, competence and professionalism of the police department of the town of adams (the "police department") and its officers and members. To pursue independent research, studies, projects and programs to assist and improve the police department and its facilities, operations, effectiveness and membership and the public understanding thereof, whether initiated or conducted by the corporation, the police department, its membership or otherwise. To engage exclusively in any other charitable or educational activities within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended from time to time, as may be permitted for corporations organized under chapter 180 of the massachusetts general laws.
