Mission: Provide basic living charitable necessities for under-financed individuals, families and communities.
Programs: Provided access to nutritional items, foodstuff, household goods and services including yoga, meditation and fitness instruction to approximately 300 children and 100 families within the greater atlanta area. Donated items came directly from private donors and delivered directly to consumers. Created a community garden within a food desert utilizing volunteer services of the local community created a urban garden program for for urban youth. Instructed in designing, planning and care of a garden and volunteer work within a local farm. Held five nutritional classes for approximately 450 participants, included instruction, demonstrations and food giveaway conducted two seasonal green food fairs; demonstrations, farm tours and instructional classes.
