I've been following ACRES from their start. Have left and returned to the State College area and have been able to recognize that, while their service and support is need universally across the country, what they are providing is by no means common. ACRES is addressing the needs of adults on the autism spectrum as well as other neuro-diverse individuals. They strive to support the educational, emotional and mental needs of adults dealing with challenging environments. Their services and community have grown and continues to evolve. The staff is compassionate and dedicated, and they're striving to do more.
