Causes: Education, Special Education
Mission: The mission of Accessible Arts, Inc. is to unlock the arts for children with disabilities and advocate access to the arts.
Programs: A day of interactive music and dance workshops exploring the arts, history and customs of Caribbean, West African, and Native American cultures. Children with and without disabilities (ages 9-15) will experience drumming and dancing workshops presented by professional artists in an inclusive environment. Participants will also have ethnic meals representing the various cultures. On the final day, children and artists collaborate to present a free public performance.
