Mission: To provide facilities for lawyers to assist poor citizens with their legal problems and help insure compliance with the lawyers' ethical obligation to never reject the cause of the defenseless or oppressed.
Programs: To provide coordination of pro bono lawyers to assist poor citizens with their legal problems. To provide research, debate, and evaluation in methodology to improve the delivery of legal services to all citizens of the state. To provide centralized information, direction, and assistance, for access to justice programs in the state.
