Mission: We are a non-profit corporation, charged with holding title to the north shore community school facilities, with management and maintenance responsibility, as well as capital improvements.
Programs: Facilities management services, long range capital improvement planning, negotiated annual lease with tenant, north shore community school. All of this benefits the entire community we serve, as well as approximately 340 k - 6 students and school staff of approximately 55 members
