Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: The organization's mission is "to network innovation and leadership in cardiothoracic surgery" through furthering education and enhancing the practice of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, promoting the interchange of both clinical and research ideas, providing the framework for networking and support, and to provide a platform for fellowship and camaraderie between members of the organization.
Programs: Members of the organization include a group of leading cardiothoracic surgeons committed to the advancement of cardiac and thoracic research, technology, and new clinical applications. Membership has grown to include to 65 members. The organization holds the annual meeting over presidents' weekend in february and dinners at professional meetings.
