Mission: To provide resources to people with disabilities and their families, empowering personal choices that lead to the greatest level of independence.
Results: We have helped numerous individuals return to living independently and out of nursing facilities, built ramps and low-rise stairs to aid in their ability to enter and exit their homes, advocate for students to receive needed services and supports for their education, and much more.

Programs: Providing access to assistive technology information and services to individuals with disabilities - 494 served
providing homemaker and attendant care services (non-medical) in the homes of people who are elderly or have a disability - 76 served
