Mission: Pierce county aids foundation provides medical case management and support services to clients who are hiv positive. Some key support services include rent and utilities payments, mental health and substance abuse services, and treatment adherence. Pcaf also conducts several evidenced-based prevention programs for people who are at high-risk for hiv infection within pierce county.

Programs: Client services: provided medical case management, in pierce and thurston counties, to over 750 clients in 2014, helping them access medical and dental treatment, helping them stay on their hiv medications, and providing in-house screening for mental health and substance abuse services. Nutritious meals are available for qualified clients through collaboration with chicken soup brigade and emergency food network. pcaf provides primary prevention programs to gay and bisexual males in pierce county, as well as prevention case management for people who are hiv positive in pierce county. More than 500 at-risk gay and bisexual males were reached.
