Mission: We operate with quality and integrity to increase the value, capacity and interest of youth in science, technology,engineering, arts, and mathematics (s. T. E. A. M. ) career fields .
Programs: Creation of dream steam program community partnerships expanded with collaborations that promoted technology programming completed for hundreds of youth in summer and after school format in the capital region monthly workshops created with celebrities that helped build confidence for youth. Mentoring efforts designed in conjunction with regional partnerships created value in the lives of the family and youth for steam careers. Developed interest in steam careers developed capacity for youth to enter stem career fields
