joyce parrish scholarship-this annual scholarship is given in memory of a former woodlands chapter ncl president. The scholarship is open to young women who are high school seniors and residents of south montgomery county. The scholarship is awarded based on financial need, scholastic achievement, leadership and community involvement and employment.
