Transitioning is very challenging. It is nice to know there’s a community wanting to help with open arms.
V2I has changed my life as a volunteer and now full-time employee I am excited to share all of the great initiatives we have coming. Thanks V2I for always paying it forward.
When I attended my transition assistance briefings, one of the first nonprofits I was told about was Vets2Industry. I followed and attended many of their networking events. I learned a lot about interviewing, resumes and opportunities that helped me. I am grateful for Brian and his team.
I was almost completely lost in my transition process, when I stumbled upon Vets2Industry. Through their seminars, resources and networking events, I was able to build my military transition plan, meet some incredible people, and put myself and family in the best position going forward. Big thanks to Pender Sessoms, she has been a great advocate and mentor, assisting me in every step of the process.
As a Navy Dad, I worked as a volunteer at Vets2industry.org as a way to pay back to the veteran community. I enjoyed working as a moderator and facilitator for the well-attended monthly Virtual Networking Circuit events. It's truly gratifying to see how many of our veteran heroes have been helped with their transition to civilian life.
Great organization that helps service members, spouses, and military affiliated community members in their professional lives. Highly recommend.
Where do I begin. I have been on this journey with Brian and VETS2INDUSTRY since 2018. I have watched them grow from the very early days to a fully mature non profit organization. When they say “Here to serve” “How can I help You”. That philosophy has stuck with me during my journey as veteran advocate and small business owner.
No other non profit in the veteran and military community is more deserving than Brian and the team at VETS2INDUSTRY .
They have impacted thousands of veterans and their families with resources, jobs and support. VETS2INDUSTRY has spawned many other similar organizations.
They have biggest and most purest heart in the veteran and military community non profit spaces.
Vets2industry has had a massive impact on my life. It is like an incubator. We meet people during the events in breakout rooms or connect and then build relationships. I met Alfredo Torres somehow, and we created Alfredo's Coffee House, where veterans and the military community can have meaningful conversations. We have met every Sunday for more than two years.
The laughter, tears, and honesty changed my life. We encourage and support each other. These are the most important relationships in my life. I have siblings, but I would rather be with my military sisters and brothers. I choose positivity and to move forward!
The relationships started because of this organization are countless.
Vets 2 Industry has been a tremendous asset in my transition from 20 years of Active Duty service in the United States Marine Corps from July 2001 to July 2021. I officially transitioned out in August 2021 and have been utilizing Vets 2 Industry and its services since February 2021.
Vets 2 Industry has provided me with numerous support ranging from networking with tremendous amount of people who I never would have met if I did not get out of shell. It allowed me to find resources and support with different organizations that I still support to this day. A lot of these resources are on the website and can be utilized to help yourself be successful.
I can say with honesty that this organization continues to provide the resources that will make your transition or service easier as it gives you a centralized location to figure out what you need to do to make you successful.
I utilized this service to learn how to network, communicate my elevator pitch, build my resume, and find the jobs that I wanted to do. I also volunteer with them in finding resources and also volunteering time during the networking circuit.
I recommend this service to anyone who is transitioning, staying in the service, or is a family member of a veteran or service member. Be aware the networking event is great and will be addicting as it provides you numerous ways to get better.
Vets2Industry helped me connect with fellow Veterans, transitioning service members, and spouses. As a result of their networking events, I’ve made amazing friends who encouraged me to start my own resume writing business helping transitioning service members and Veterans “civilianize” their resumes.
I highly recommend attending their events because of all of the free resources they provide to our military community and for a way to connect with recruiters, hiring managers, career coaches, and fellow entrepreneurs. Plus the love and support you get from the leaders and board members of this organization is unmatched!
This organization has been truly been one of a kind. Not only have I personally benefited from their support, but I've also been able to utilize the organizations valuable resources to assist other veterans in their journeys.
I heard about Vets2insdustry through O2O, and it has helped me both personally and professionally.
They are huge players in our community of advocates that try and help our transitioning service member community and their Spouses. Their networking events have spurred a lot of conversations, connections and business opportunities.

With the help and the network I gained from V2I, I finally found a job. I was using my resources in my transition all wrong. I went to a V2I event and talked with many of the volunteers there and they helped me figure out the best path for what I was looking for in a position. I am have found mentors and people willing to guide me the entire process. I am truly grateful military spouse.
Vets2industry, helped me connect with some great people in the Veterans space, that were open to meet up with me via zoom so that I could ask questions about life outside of the military. The people who volunteer at the V2I events are always willing to assist in a military member and their families transition. If they don't know the answer they will find someone who does. The connections are made via V2I are now some of my really good friends and other events have started from V2I.
Fantastic organization that is relentlessly pursuing opportunities to provide free services and resources for Veterans and their families. There are not enough positive words to say about this remarkable team.
Vets2Industry is the top resource library I send to veterans and their families who need assistance. Without hesitation, VET2I has a commitment to prevent the adversities veterans face when transitioning out of military service by providing virtual networking events. I am proud to apart of an organization that prioritizes veterans and their families!
For the last 7 years I’ve felt alone, uncertain of where to go, what to do or who I was as a veteran. Since getting out, I’ve dealt with groups that felt fake and not genuine. When I found V2I I was instantly welcomed and made apart of the family. I’ve been building friendships and connections that I can actually reach out to for support. The resources and amount of people willing to jump in and help is phenomenal and feels real. Haven’t found this anywhere else.
I found Vets2Industry while I was a year away from retiring and having trouble getting anyone from companies to respond. I met so many amazing veteran advocates and recruiters during their networking events that were willing to assist during a very stressful time. If it wasn't for Vets2Industry I don't think I would have had a smooth transition and able to secure employment at one of the top defense companies.
I appreciated their assistance so much that I started volunteering to give back and assist other veterans so they too don't have to stress as much and know that they are not alone. I truly believe Vets2Industry gives hope and provides wonderful resources to our veteran community!
This nonprofit has been making it easier to connect with other veterans and resources to help out veterans and spouses. V2I has many resources at their finger tips that they share for free. V2I also puts on virtual networking meetings to help with getting a job and being able to talk to others about transition.
I had the incredible privilege of volunteering with Vets2Industry, and I can't express enough how transformative this experience has been for me. From the moment I joined their team, it became evident that this organization is not just another charity; it's a life-changing force that empowers veterans and creates a network of like-minded individuals dedicated to their success.
Vets2Industry is led by an extraordinary team of passionate and dedicated individuals who are genuinely committed to their mission. From the very beginning, their warm welcome and eagerness to collaborate were truly inspiring. They create an environment where everyone's input is valued, fostering a sense of camaraderie that is second to none.
One of the standout benefits of volunteering with Vets2Industry is the vast network it opens up. The organization is deeply rooted in the military and veteran community, and through their various events, workshops, and initiatives, I was able to connect with a diverse group of veterans, professionals, and mentors who shared common goals and values. This network has been invaluable in my personal and professional development.
Vets2Industry places a strong emphasis on enhancing veterans' skill sets, and as a volunteer, I had the chance to contribute to this process. Whether it was organizing resume workshops, mock interviews, or career fairs, I saw firsthand how these initiatives positively impacted veterans' lives. The satisfaction of knowing that I played a role in helping someone land their dream job is indescribable.
Volunteering with Vets2Industry has been a life-changing experience. The organization's commitment to veterans, dedication to skill development, and its ability to foster a supportive network of like-minded individuals make it truly exceptional. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and be part of a community that changes lives, I wholeheartedly recommend getting involved with Vets2Industry. It's an experience that will not only open doors to opportunities but also leave an indelible mark on your heart and soul.
I've been volunteering with VETS2INDUSTRY since around May 2021. I was hooked the very first time I attended their virtual networking event. I loved that I got to practice my elevator pitch in a non-threatening environment. Also, I genuinely feel that my Veteran family is there to help me get through my military transition successfully. I transitioned/retired in Jan 2022 and was well prepared due to the training and encouragement I've received from VETS2INDUSTRY!
Volunteering with Vets2Industry has been a game changing experience for me!
I have been able to learn so much about myself and more.about the military transition process and how to helps others be successful and gain access to information and programs that add value to their journey!
The leadership and support of the staff have been nothing short of fabulous! I have been able to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience in the field I am passionate about!
Thank you, Vets2Industry, for all that you do supporting the military, veteran, military spouce, transitioning military, Blue and Gold Star family, and military dependent communities!
I am a volunteer with Vets2Insdustry and I have seen firsthand the lives we have impacted. As a veteran, it warms my heart to see the amount of people who rally to help our community. Vets2Industry has helped so many find careers and long-lasting friends who are like family. It is a pleasure to say great things about this organization.
