The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation has been especially kind to my family. Michelle, specifically, consistently checked in on me as we were planning to put together a plan for personal financial assistance for my family as my mother was undergoing alternative treatments after being diagnosed with Stage IV gastric cancer. Although she had passed before the whole process was completed, the Foundation was kind enough to help with her funeral arrangements. I can not thank them enough.
This is truly such an amazing organization. From the time we got into contact with them, to the time we received the donation, it was all a great experience. We find it a privilege and an honor to get such a sizable donation from this amazing foundation. The donation from this foundation is going to help our organization host camp this summer for more than 100 amazing children whose families have been affected by cancer. Everyone involved with this foundation are kind and incredible to work with.
The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation is a very worthwhile charity. The Foundation comprises 100% volunteers who have impacted many cancer families in many ways.
Sending children to the Bob Sweeney Camp H.O.P.E., a contribution to Chaminade High School scholarship fund established in Thomas's name, community service projects and so many other endeavors are made to keep the "bright spot" shining in Thomas's memory.
The Foundation is growing in leaps and bounds and I think Thomas would be pleased to see his values are being perpetuated.

The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation is a fantastic organization devoted to carrying on the legacy of Thomas Miloscia, a friendly, generous, loving young man, through helping many cancer patients and their families. It is a noble cause and they execute it exceedingly well.
The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation, named in honor of my friend who was taken from us too soon, does great work for children who are unfortunately afflicted with cancer. The Foundation also hopes to raise enough money to start a scholarship in his name at our former High School
This is the review of Vincent Milano:
I receive many requests these days from charities I've never heard of, but for the Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation, I contribute whenever asked to help the foundation achieve its goals.. I met Tommy several times when he was visiting my grandsons and it was nice to hear their interesting discussions. Now, with my daughter-in-law and son at the helm of the foundation, I can be sure that ALL that I contribute will be used to fulfill their goals and no paid agent or adviser is involved.
When you review all that they've accomplished in the past several years, it is difficult NOT to pitch in and help with a contribution
I continue to be very impressed with the commitment of the 100% volunteer team working to deliver on the mission of this very important foundation. Fundraising is ramping up which is important to fund the charitable programs. For example in 2017 there was one sponsored runner in the LI Marathon weekend events and in 2018 there were over 20 runners. And the 2018 event raised the most of any event so far. This has allowed the foundation to fund much needed programs to help families fighting cancer, such as sending many more children of cancer patients to camp, to help get their mind off of things. They are often the forgotten ones. In addition, the foundation is for the first time able to provide direct assistance to a limited number of families fighting cancer. And for those donors who designate their donations as such, the foundation has been steadily funding a full scholarship in Thomas' name at Chaminade High School in NY. Thomas was an exceptional individual and a role model for the students. It is very satisfying to be part of the team that is making all this happen.

The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation was formed to carry on the spirit, character and do-good initiative of a very special young man that was taken from us far too early. I knew Thomas well and for those who didn't have the chance, its a shame because he was a wonderful person. If Thomas were here, he would be doing good things for others so the foundation was established with the simple mission of helping people as Thomas would have. Since he battled cancer, the foundation's primary focus is helping families fighting cancer. For example, the foundation bought and donated 13 Xbox One Gaming Systems to the children’s cancer unit at Cohens Children’s Medical Center to help these unfortunate kids spend less time dwelling on their illnesses while they receive treatment. None of the board members or advisory board members are paid - all volunteers. So a large percentage of donations received can go directly to helping families fighting cancer. As a board member I am very honored to work with all those involved and very happy to see the good that has been accomplished.
The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation assists families that are suffering from the afflictions of cancer. In addition to its direct financial support to various organizations, the foundation encourages all of us to emulate Thomas and be a "Bright Spot" in our communities. I look forward to participating in the foundation's mission going forward.
I am so impressed with this foundation and the people who volunteer to support it. In its short existence this foundation has accomplished a tremendous amount. This past year they sent two children to summer camp, they donated 13 Xbox One Gaming systems to the Hematology and Oncology unit of Cohen's Children's Hospital, they provided $3750 worth of grocery gift cards to needy cancer patients of Stony Brook Hospital's Adult Hematology and Oncology Unit, they adopted four families providing every gift on each member of the family's wish list plus a grocery tote full of food, they also made a contribution to Chaminade High School to fund a scholarship in memory of Thomas. In addition to helping cancer patients and their families and funding a scholarship, the foundation also does community service activities. This spring they organized and cleaned the Poquott Beach along with other community members.

The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation is continuing on where Thomas left off. The foundation carries on the gentle, kindhearted and generous spirit of this fine young man.
This summer we sent two children to the Bob Sweeney Camp H.O.P.E. We assisted a family in need due to medical bills with a scholarship to St.s Philip and James School. A contribution to Chaminade High School was made towards a fully named scholarship in Thomas' memory. Additionally, the charity has made contributions to organizations that assist families fighting cancer such as Patient Airlift Services, Make-a-Wish of Suffolk County and Friends of Karen.
This fall we are planning to provide a gift of choice to the children in the cancer ward of Cohen's Children's Hospital in memory of Thomas' birthday.
Our philosophy is to "be a bright spot" to families fighting cancer.
I worked with this wonderful nonprofit to fulfill the holiday wishes of several pediatric cancer patients and their families this past holiday season. This group of people are so exceptionally special. They went above and beyond in every way shape and form. They were lovely to work with. They understand the needs of these families in the most genuine ways as they too went through a similar ordeal. I can't say enough great things about them. My patients and their families cried tears of joy when opening their holiday gifts. The parents were so grateful. I hope to collaborate more with this team in the future to fill the lives of pediatric cancer families with happiness and joy as they battle the impossible.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Michelle Milano from the foundation this winter. The Miloscia Foundation graciously donated gift cards to our oncology patients to purchase food, necessities or holiday gifts. This type of donation helps alleviate a bit of the financial burden of cancer. Michelle and her team couldn't have been more gracious.

This nonprofit helps those in need in the spirit and memory of a young man taken to soon. It does a great job of being a "bright spot" during difficult and trying times.
The Thomas Matthew Miloscia foundation is doing great work in memory of a great man. Everyone involved with the foundation is friendly and motivated to raise money to help families struggling with cancer.
After the very sad and untimely death of a young man, a wonderful group of people has banded together to honor his name and legacy. The idea of helping others who have been affected by cancer has been the focus of this foundation. All funds raised have been donated to help families in need during their crisis. I am honored to have been asked to join in their efforts for this cause and look forward to continuing the efforts to make a difference.
The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation embodies the same spirit of love, kindness and generosity that Thomas showed to all. The foundation will strive to carry on Thomas’ values and make targeted donations in the fields of education, family assistance, healthcare and related areas.
Thomas was taken from us far too soon. He was an incredibly kind young man with a huge heart that would have gone on to do great things for the health of society had he survived his cancer diagnosis. The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation Inc. was started to keep his generous memory alive. I know he is smiling down upon us watching the foundation do its part in helping others.
A very special organization carrying out the work of a very special young man. Tom was a true inspiration to many, including myself, during his life and I am happy to help Tom continue to be an inspiration to others through the fine work of this organization.
Keeping Matthew Miloscia's memory alive by helping other families dealing with childhood cancer is the goal of this charity. Continuing to give out of a place of sadness and loss, the founders of this charity seek to remind us all of Thomas' courage and spirit.
This organization is dedicated to honoring the memory of an incredibly selfless and deeply spiritual young man who life was cut short by cancer. Proceeds will be donated to various charities that were supportive to him and his family throughout his challenging ordeal . A scholarship will also be funded for Chaminade High School, the school that Thomas attended.
The Thomas Miloscia Foundation is an amazing organization. It was started in honor of Thomas Miloscia who died at a very young age from cancer but was a giving soul who did great things for others in such a short lifetime. This organization raises money to help other organizations in memory of Thomas.
