Causes: Animal Services, Animal Training, Animals, Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: Acquire, raise, train and place assistance dogs.
Programs: Since inception in 2007 dozens of dogs have been placed with disabled individuals or as therapy dogs. It takes up to two years to attain the required clearances, train and place an assistance dog into a home.
