Mission: Heart2Heart is geared towards children (at risk/foster /military/homeless) of all ages. A 501©3 non-profit organization, that is reaching communities all over the United States. Heart2Heart wants to leave its footprint in every community, to create a place of opportunity for the children to realize their goals for the future. We want to inspire and create an unforgettable experience by helping, encouraging, and empowering. Children are our future; they are learning and growing every day. Shoes are a very important part of their life, especially in their daily uniform, whether it is at school or home. It helps build their self-esteem, and it gives them a sense of confidence. These shoes can be used for all purposes, everyday walking, classroom; they may also be used for athletics purpose. We will achieve this through a commitment to quality programs and services in an environment that is safe, nurturing and inspiring children to their full potential
Results: Heart2heart has help a million people from 2013- 2020 . Our resources includes, food, hygiene supplies, toys, shelter, shoes, backpack, and other services. We enjoy serving people
Target demographics: Children ages 6-21 foster, homeless, low income
Direct beneficiaries per year: 2019, we provided 3000 people with new shoes and other essential items
Geographic areas served: Inner Cities
Programs: Provide youth in need with shoes, school supplies, hygiene products, life kills in and around the los Angeles, riverside, and san Bernardino counties
