Mission: Our mission is to reach out to help every child living in most rural areas of developing countries and provide complete care with international safety & quality standards with the help of our local partner hospitals and by medlife trained doctors to children suffering from facial birth deformities like cleft lip & cleft palate. Our goal is to bring equality and justice to all children and adults from rural parts of India by treating them who are facing Functional problems & societal discrimination due to cleft and other craniofacial birth defects.
Results: Medlife Foundation has made it possible to have the right to achieve smile on children’s face. Even though India’s children account for more than one-third of its population, their interests and rights have never been given priority. And mostly in rural parts have been found still living with their cleft deformities as it is. The task before us is huge and we at Medlife Foundation believe that for the real change to take place, everyone of us should be the part of this global mission to change the lives of this children. Our extended programs of reaching out to the rural and tribal parts have helped us spread more than thousands of smile to the needy population. Corrective surgeries have made those children to attend schools now and many of them have now streamlined with normal life and are happily living indeed. There are life touching moments at Foundation where operated patients met in ward at Foundation and have resulted into marriage where both girl and boy got operated at Foundation. Surgery of Son and Father on the same day and same way surgery of son and mother at Center. Well the reality may be far from the ideal plan, but we at Medlife Foundation believe that every child has the right to smile and we want to make this world a cleft free place.
