Mission: Advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the dependency court system.
Results: As of September 1, we served 318 children in 2020. We have had 49 volunteers advocates work cases this year. Currently volunteers are serving 133 children in Cowlitz County.
Target demographics: every abused and neglected child in the dependency system find a safe, loving, and forever home as quickly as possible.
Direct beneficiaries per year: In 2019, 63 volunteers and 7 staff members advocated for 366 children in Cowlitz County. Out of that number, 35 children were adopted, 50 were reunified with a parent, and 6 were permanently placed with a relative.

Programs: We identify quality volunteers from around our community to advocate for every child in foster care. We provide initial and ongoing training to make sure our staff and volunteers are able to speak up for the best interest of every child entrused to us.
