Mission: PROVIDING TEMPORARY HOUSING, CASE MANAGEMENT AND ONGOING SUPPORT FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES IN SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTIES THE NUMBER OF CLIENTS SERVED IN 2008 WAS 72, TOTAL BED NIGHTS WAS 5,160 AND A TOTAL OF 3,382 CLASSES/SESSIONS/MEETING WERE TAUGHT DONATED GOODS, SERVICES AND MATERIALS IS ESTIMATED AT $33,158
Programs: Ith is not just short term relief. Goals are clearly defined and include: increased income (employment), stable permanent housing, long term personal growth, and eventual self sufficiency. In 2014, ith housed and provided services to 27 families consisting of 34 adults and 67 children (101 total individuals). Ith provided 1,552 units of service (including case management meeting, mental health counseling, life skills classes and ureach employment services). Of the 23 families that graduated from ith in 2014, 22 found permanent stable housing (96% success). The other family is working on self-sufficiency in ith's poplar transition housing program. The remaining 4 families are participating in the rapid re-housing program on their way to permanent housing.
