Boy I used to support your organization but you really have gone woke. Should have stuck with what you were created to do.
Help the disability community
What do you need a DEI agent for?
Glad we don’t participate anymore.

I had the pleasure of working with The Arc of Loudoun, helping them to envision their space needs to support organizational growth over the next few years, and was consistently inspired by their leadership and staff who bring an amazing combination of expertise, passion and empathy to such essential work for our community. Such an amazing organization!!!!

I have used the Arc of Loudoun’s Ally Resource Center multiple times to help find the services I need to best support my daughter. Eileen Shaffer is a wealth of information and always has great ideas! Recently she helped us uncover job resources and job coaching services!

I have found the Arc to be a wonderful source of information for me, as a special needs parent, and also as the leader of my own non-profit organization. The Arc has distributed pass-through grant funds to my family, which used this money to purchase an iPad Pro for my son to use as a communication device. They have also provided programming and a source of information to bring together other parents such as me, who are interested in organizing housing for our children, as they become adults. Lisa and Eileen, in particular, have been quite responsive and communicative, when I was seeking advice--again as a special needs parent and as another non-profit director.

My adult daughter attends the Ability Fitness Center at the ARC of Loudoun. This professional team of physical therapist, lead by Helen Parker, are exceptional. They exceed in their clinical knowledge, their team work and their ability to connect with and emotionally support their clients. My daughter's day always brightens when she knows she will be at the ARC.
