This is such a great place. The best way to get animal out of shelters is to prevent them from ever getting there by spaying and neutering. GO SNN!

I tried to save money by having my dog neutered here. I did everything Chris the lead tech said to do and 2 days later he had a major infection from his surgery. So I called and they said to wait couple days to see if it would go down. It only got worse so i brought him back to have checked out and Michelle the office manager charged me another $262 and said him sitting in the grass could cause the infection. Thats ridiculous and will never go back here again. This place full of CROOKS. You can try to take down my posts on Facebook but people need to hear the truth about your non-profit organization. I WILL make sure people hear my story about your Crandall location.

Absolute nightmare! Scheduled my dog for a neuter w/transport. Received a call a few hours after drop off and was told it was vet recommended I pick my animal up after his surgery due to his size and large breed(he’s a 6month old 48lb labradoodles”!! She then stated it was a smoother transition and less stress on him due to his weight. ???What does size have to do with it? After explaining that it was impossible for me to drive the hour and a half, I opted to move forward w/ drop off. A few moments later I was asked for a rabies vac w/vet signature. I sent appropriate info from my vet along w/ a copy of his actual tag. Was told w/o vet signature they would not be able to move forward w/surgery. They ended up accepting what I had given them. Another hour passes and I receive a text stating that my dog would require an additional script for pain/inflammatory meds for an additional fee of $15 (due to his weight) or surgery would not be performed. When I asked if this was for the actual surgery or take home meds, I was informed take home. Again, due to size/weight. At this point, something didn’t add up. I could understand for the need of surgery and weight but aftercare?? I was extremely worried that something happened during transit or at the clinic. I was told he was over the 60lb mark and these things were required. My dog was weighed BEFORE transit and was 48lbs. Again, major discrepancies and no answer as to why these things were being brought up. NOTHING ADDS up. I eventually suspected something was going on. Either trying to squeeze any added fees they could get or an issue with my poor dog. I opted OUT OF SURGERY. Fast forward to pick up, my dog is COVERED head to toe in vomit and feces!!! Driver wouldn’t even speak nor look me in the eye when I asked what happened. After prodding for answers I was told he had been car sick all day!!!!! Instead of being truthful from the very beginning, I am slammed with lies and coverups! Had I known this was an emergency type situation, things could have been much different. To top it all off, the next day, the clinic manager denied, lied and refused to accept responsibility nor acknowledge that my pet was ill and under extreme stress. Thank GOD my pup wasn’t put under or cut on! I can honestly say he’d probably be dead! You should be able to trust any vet clinic you place your animal under care with! I was left with an extremely lethargic and ill dog! Run from these people and take them to an actually reputable Veterinarian!

I took a female feral cat in to be spayed. I let her out of the live trap in my garage. She immediately climbed up the garage door and sat there for 2 days. I was so concerned that she had hurt her stitches. She finally came down for food and I was able to open the door to let her out. She has continued to come to my backyard for food and is doing great. The vets really know how to stitch up a wild cat! So grateful!!!

we used the mobile clinic to get two cats spayed. They start taking patients at 7am. I rolled up at 6:45 and not only was the guy already there, but he was eager to take both my cats in early. It's only been a few hours since their return, but they both seem fine. One was a feral cat who adopted us so it was our responsibility to spayed her as well. We had leukemia tests on both (apparently free of charge) since we just had to put a cat down for the sickness. Luckily, they both came back negative!!! The driver indulged my high five after he waited 15 minutes longer for us to pick them up bc we were stuck in traffic. Great experience

Again, thank you all so much for what you do. Without it being so affordable there is no way I could trap and fix so many of these stray or uncared for babies. You help us out so much by being affordable and taking feral drop offs since we never know when that trap is going to work. I just honestly cannot thank you all enough. Hugs to you all

This place made me so happy! I can't really afford to bring my pets to a full-service vet, so this place was perfect. My pets shots were very affordable and the girl at the front desk I talked with was very pleasant. We will be coming back!

Found a couple of stray cats a week ago and brought them here for fixes, shots, and microchips. Good prices and the whole visit only took about an hour, which isn't bad considering it's a walk-in clinic and those can get pretty busy. Everyone was friendly and informative.

Totally affordable, they pick up at local shelter and drop back later in the day. I visited their main headquarters here in Crandell and found them to be kind, caring and patient with all the people picking up their pets. Spay, nueter, shots and chip for all three of my cats around $75 per cat. I donated a bit as well because this service they offer is really great for all the communities they serve.
Shots $10-$25 making it easy to take care of your pets. Go!

I recently had my dog spayed when I got her home she was urinating all over the house and in her bed at night, she was completely housebroken before having her spayed. I gave it about 10 days and called the clinic and was told to bring her back in. My trip back was a waste because they told me I needed to take her to a "full service vet". (My personal opinion if this place is not a full service vet they should not be performing surgeries.) I did not know that at the time or I would have never trusted them with my girl. So I make an appointment with her vet to find out she had a UTI. He put her on meds 2 days later she stopped urinating everywhere and went back for her check up yesterday he told me this could have been avoided if I had taken her to him. I believe that now, but thought I could save some money if I did it wasn't worth it in the end. She now has a hernia from her surgery that he is not happy about either and he will watch it and fix it too if need be. I would not recommend this place if your animals are a part of your family or even if you toss them in your back yard and have nothing to do with them besides feeding them.

Very happy with services received. My father-in-law, who lives in Fort Worth, has a stray cat hanging around. As we mentioned the bond that has formed between an elderly Vietnamese man and a stray cat to our friends, many asked if we had it spayed or neutered. Well I can tell you it would be a hard sell to get Bô to pay for a cat that adopted him (his perspective). When I mentioned this aspect to friends, many informed us that there are often free spay and neuter services in the various cities of the Metroplex.

After a little Internet sleuthing, we found one such service being performed by SNN. While it was free, it was not particularly convenient for me as I had to drive from Keller to Fort Worth, to pick up the cat and take it to the pick up spot. Secondly, I had to come back later in the day to pick up the cat. I was under the false impression it was done on site. Considering the drop-off/pick-up location was the Fiesta Mart on 8th Ave, just north of Berry Street, I can see why it's not done on site. It does make much more sense that it's done in a controlled, and sterile, environment. Edit: Looking at other pictures, maybe they do have a mobile surgery.

From what I understand, the cats were transported to Crandall for the procedure. Afterwards, around 6 hours later, they were returned to the pick up location.

All I can really say is that the pick up and drop off went well. Transport and driver were on time both times. Kitty is doing fine.

So a big thank you for making it cost effective to do the right thing.

What a great place! I adopted a little kitten from Mesquite Shelter and they sent me to spay my baby to Grandall clinic. I looked at the map - so far from m. Called my et in Mesquite/ No problem they said: 363 + medication etc. WOW! For 3 pounds cat?
Well I called to Grandall. They answered the phone right away. Very positive, friendly and helpful. Explained what I should do. Please note if you bring a small animal you have to bring it in a labeled carrier that they take in and later give your pet back in this carrier.
I came there at 7AM and left my baby. Came to pick up her at 4PM. No line, no wasted time. My cat came back to me looking very good. Spay+rabies+shots+chip+ID tattoo - all this for 75 bucks. Normal humane price, good service, clean facility and great very friendly staff.
I am very happy and will tell everybody about this clinic.
Also I want to add something - I came there at 3:30 actually so I had a chance to see their normal everyday operations and talk to customers. Vet tech who was taking animals from visitors was just a sweetheart. She gave a hug or kissed each animal, was very friendly and simply was smiling all the time. All people coming in were very pleased with the service, I talked to some and every one said that the place is just great.
I am very pleased and I will always use this clinic from now on.

My dog has a huge purple hematoma!!!! He is now more swollen and larger than when I brought him in for the neuter. I was never contacted when they opened my 6 month old pit bull for the second time due to the fact they had to properly tie off the blood vessels which was not properly done the first time. If it wasn't for the driver which noticed he was bleeding he would have just bleed out!!! Its not fair to my puppy!!! I was trying to be a responsible pet owner, but instead I feel bad and sad.
