We rescued a dog from off the streets. We live way out on a dirt road with 5 acres. This rescue some how got ran over by a car. Most likely Amazon because NO one travels this road. My husband took him to the vet. It was going to cost $1000. I told them to put him down. He is only 1 yrs old but I couldn't pay that. Butts Mutts contributed 1/2 so I was able to save the dog. Yet again ... he now is well and never leaves the yard. He is a house dog. But when he does go outside he goes in the play yard that we had fenced in. I added them to our Kroger points and I donate back to give another animal the chance they gave our rescued dog
Butts Mutts gave us an addition to the family that we didn’t realize we needed. Now, approaching our three year anniversary with our Reggie, I love my boy and I love the amazing people that cared for him before we found him.
Butts Mutts is an amazing organization with volunteers and staff who work tirelessly to see that the dogs get the best possible care and best chances for furever homes. One of my fur babies came from Butts Mutts and my home would not be complete without her. Our county has a large stray population and Butts Mutts always has their hands full. The community appreciates all their hard work!
It had a wonderful experience adopting and fostering. Butts Mutts expertly followed along my journey ensuring the correct fit and situation with my puppy Banjo. They made sure he had all of his shots, neutered and wellness checks and that we were a great fit. I also enjoyed fostering another slightly older dog who thanks to the volunteer staff at Butts Mutts & all their hard work found her a perfect home, the adoption was not rushed and the new owners absolutely love her.
