Mission: Founded in 1902 by Rev. Edgar Helms, Goodwill Industries'' primary mission is to place people in productive and competitive jobs.
Programs: Contract - provides trainees with exposure to community life, proper work habits, job requirements and productivity. This training is designed to provide the skill necessary to progress to community-based employment.
rehabilitation - provides developmental, vocational, transportation, nursing, and therapeutic services in a community-based facility. This program serves the more severely disabled client.
retail stores - donated goods, collected and processed, are sold providing clients with additional training opportunities to learn job skills, discipline and develop self-confidence.
