Mission: Founded by Dr. Bridgette Peake, a native of Lansing, MI. Infinite Brilliance Student Prep seeks increase diversity (i.e., representation across the underserved spectrum) of race, ethnicity, gender and socioeconomic status in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers. By providing access, exposure, and support we will build a more inclusive future in healthcare and science. A broader goal of IBC Student Prep is to partner with community and national stakeholders that are aligned on bridging the disparity gap to access STEM resources. Our partnerships will support sustainable STEM educational outreach, as well as cultivate mentorship opportunities that encourage, expand, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the underserved spectrum. We are excited for the opportunity to empower future leaders in science and medicine.
