Programs: Community Care Program, providing “a helping hand” with activities of daily living to assist seniors in maintaining safety and independence at home; Adult Protective Services, advocating on behalf of seniors and adults with disabilities by providing investigation into reports of abuse or concerns of self-neglect, with intervention and follow-up; Information & Assistance, a gateway to programs and services available to seniors at the center and in the community, linking people to appropriate resources.
