Mission: To fund educational scholarships, loans and other types of financial aid to African American students in Frederick County Public High Schools as wells as schools of higher learning (Undergraduate and Graduate) To promote the general welfare by providing services as necessary to the community to encourage and promote the development of its people, physical assets and its institutions.

Target demographics: the Frederick Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., fund educational scholarships and other types of financial aid to African-American High School Seniors in the Frederick County Public Schools.

Programs: Necktie Clubs established to guide, as well as mentor African-American male high school students. Sponsoring a Minority Educators Reception for new minority teachers in Frederick County public schools.
