Mission: Yah’s Plan Ministries is dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness and preventing homelessness before it begins. We provide compassionate, faith-based support through emergency aid, housing assistance, job training, and spiritual care. Our mission is to restore dignity, stability, and hope by addressing both immediate needs and long-term solutions for vulnerable individuals and families.
Results: We have been able to place multiple people into sober living homes. Through grants, we can get their first months to 3 months free. We also have blessed enough to feed people though our food drives.
