This scholarship helped me get my meal plan at college which is amazing but it also helped me feel a part of something bigger! As a person with Tourette syndrome, I haven't really felt seen in the media or in scholarships or magazines but this scholarship is an exception, they help so many people and I am very grateful for this non-profit.

They are so very kind and thoughtful. An amazing event that they hold every year is a Kendra Scott event to help partner with a local business to help raise money. This charity is always going above and beyond to make sure they are making a difference.

I have known the principals of this organization since it's inception. They are passionately committed to providing financial assistance and personal growth to young adults who have overcome certain life challenges as they pursue further education.
D4TS has helped dozens of college students ease their financial burden by providing scholarships to worthy applicants in a fair and compassionate process.
This is an outstanding non-profit organization.

Since it's inception, I have supported the Kelsey B Diamantis TS Scholarship Family Foundation and had the privilege of serving on the Evaluation Committee for the D4TS Scholarships for many years. It has been exciting to see how the founders themselves have learned and grown as a result of their efforts to develop this scholarship program. They have put their heart and soul into this initiative - and it shows!

What has amazed me has been the quality of the applicants. These students shine! They are engaged, interested in the world around them and striving for their goals in life.

What an impact this program has, as it provides opportunities to help students develop into the leaders of tomorrow!

Dollars for Tic Scholars is one of the few organizations that awards scholarships to students with Tourette’s Syndrome and makes them available to applicants who are attending institutions of higher learning all across the country. I have been a member of their scholarship selection committee for the past several years, and have been impressed by how well organized this small group of not for profit volunteers is. They maintain excellent communication with their scholarship applicants, as well as their other volunteers and are always seeking to improve upon their procedures. Quite honestly, the quality of the applicants I have reviewed is exceptional, and I feel proud to know that I am helping to award scholarships to such worthy individuals.

I was honored to get a scholarship from them. They understood the effort I was making and why Tic disorders make things more difficult than they would have to be. They are trying to move recognition of Tourette’s and Tic disorders into focus for people who don’t know much about them.

I met Diane and Kelsey when this idea of starting a scholarship program for kids with Tourettes was just a dream. I am so proud and amazed at what they have managed to achieve over the past few years. I am happy to have taken part in the scholarship selection process and I am always so amazed at the tenacity of these young adults, their ability to overcome adversity, deal with their Tourettes and still achieve such great grades, give back to the community etc. Diane and Kelsey work tirelessly to get volunteers to help them in this effort and to raise money to make these scholarships possible. I am privileged to be part of their extended team.

This is a wonderful, hardworking non profit striving to make college education a reality for motivated students who live with Tourette Syndrome. Their message and goals are clear, and I hope to see them continue to grow over the years. The Kelsey B Diamantis TS Scholarship Family Foundation helps to fund the additional monetary burdens that may arise when a scholar who lives with Tourette Syndrome pursues higher education. Education is so crucial and everyone deserves a shot at learning- this foundation provides that opportunity to many students!

I have been lucky enough to volunteer with this nonprofit a handful of times and have nothing but great things to say. The founders and board are full of compassionate individuals that really want to make a difference in the lives of young people. Not only do they do a great job at raising money for college scholarships thru their thoughtful and very fun events, but they also make sure to educate the community about TS! I am very much looking forward to seeing how this nonprofit grows. Please follow the nonprofit online and come out to one of their many events through out the year, you will want to see for yourself how wonderful D4TS and their mission is!

I am a university student sponsored by The Kelsey B. Diamantis TS Scholarship Family Foundation. Through their Dollars 4 Tic Scholars initiative, I have received funding for my educational expenses that significantly reduced the financial burden that college laid upon my family. Consequently, I have been studying, researching, and working with university organizations to a greater extent than I could have otherwise. Beyond that, and arguably more importantly, I've found that I've been able to be a regular college student. I am only 19 and am very grateful that I can enjoy my time here without having to work more part-time hours to support myself. D4TS has given me this freedom. For all of that, I'm very grateful for the work that they do and cannot recommend it enough.

Dollars 4 Tic Scholars (Kelsey B. Diamantis TS Scholarship Family Foundation) is an exceptional organization providing financial assistance in terms of college scholarships, summer camp sponsorships etc to people living with Tourette Syndrome. Kelsey and Diane are dedicated to this organization's mission. They spend a lot of time and effort organizing fundraising events to raise money for this noble cause that is close to their hearts. As a volunteer, I have been fortunate to be a part of this team.
This year, COVID-19 prevented them from hosting events like their much-loved annual summer paint parties. They rose to this unprecedented challenge. First, they showed their commitment to students by funding summer camp sponsorships using reserve funds. Then, they hosted a virtual "fill the paint can" campaign which raised hundreds of dollars to replenish their summer camp funds. Hats off to them and their supporters!
Visit their website to learn more about their work and accomplishments. Please support this truly deserving organization.

This nonprofit is superb in many ways! Very professional! Cares about granting opportunities to kids who are trying to go to college! I have loved being a part of the volunteer group and helping as much as I can. I've been educated about Tourette's syndrome and feel the need to want to help more because of them. Thanks.
