Serving as a mentor in this esteemed organization has been a truly rewarding and impactful experience. The young women I have had the pleasure of guiding have helped me grow as much as I have helped them. The various activities that take place during our meetings are always enjoyable and serve as valuable learning experiences

I love pearls! Pearls have made such a huge impact on my life. I started with pearls when I was a mentee back when pearls were founded. Pearls have helped me become a great, educated woman. The mentors in pearls are so smart, especially my mentor Samara Rand. She passed away, but she made such a huge impact on my life, and it all started simply with pearls. I love pearls and I love being a mentor for pearls. I hope to continue to grow with pearls and see how big pearls can become. Pearls have even convinced me to want to start a nonprofit because of the huge impact it has made on the community. I love pearls, I love the mentees, and I wouldn't change this experience for anything. #1 Nonprofit for sure! In loving memory of Samara Rand, a mentor who touched my life deeply. Your wisdom and guidance will always be cherished.

PM4G is a great organization that offers mentors and mentees the opportunity to bond, share life experiences, work in the community, and network with other organizations. Students & adults are able to make a difference in the lives of each other. Stumbling blocks comes but we step over them and keep working. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with this organization and I definitely look forward to my continued work with the organization.

I still can’t believe it’s been six years participating in P.E.A.R.L.S Mentoring for Girls as a mentor. This was an excellent opportunity to develop myself into a leader and mentor and help inspire our young girls into confident young women. Being part of workshops and volunteering around the community built a sisterhood connection and impacted our experiences. I enjoyed this organization. -Kendra H. Ridgeland, Ms.
